Using the Cloud Dashboard

Registering the module

To make a new YUKI module visible in the cloud, it must be registered once:

  • Have the Device-ID and claim-code ready (printed on the label on the back of the device)
  • Open the dashboard at https://app.coldwave.io
  • Open the User-Menu in the lower right corner and select the “Add device” menu item
  • Enter the Device ID and claim-code and confirm to add the device.

After successful registration, the device appears in the device list with a status indicator.

Login and access

To use the dashboard, a registered user account is required.
Login is available at https://app.coldwave.io/login.

After logging in, you are taken to the device overview. Here, each registered module can be selected and viewed in detail.

Dashboard functions

The following functions are available for each module:

  • Status display
    Online/offline status, current connection quality.
  • Location
    Visualization of the most recently known GNSS position on a map
  • Alarms and events
    Overview of configured threshold violations, communication errors, etc.
  • Change settings
    For supported parameters, configuration values can be set directly via the dashboard
  • Trigger remote actions
    User-defined control commands (if configured)

Notes

The module must be actively connected in order to be configurable in real time.

Alarms and location data are buffered and sent later even if the module is temporarily offline. Access to the dashboard can be restricted by roles and permissions (admin, viewer, etc.).
