intSINR
optional/vendor-dependent: 'signal to interference plus noise ratio' Values are in 1/5th of a dB. Range: 0–250 which translates to -20 dB to +30 dB
intRSRQ
optional/vendor-dependent: 'reference signal received quality' in dBm
